During Covid we have enabled a new revenue stream of local restaurants. We have also partnered with local governments to jointly create equitable economic conditions for gig and fleet workers. The team is led by a successful entrepreneur with experience of a prior exit to a major retailer. The advisory, management and mentors come from tech giants like Google, Hertz, Zillow, and The Honest Co. We are backed by a top global pre accelerator and have established public and private partnerships working with local governments. Our cutting edge AI technology is developed through collaboration with university faculties. Small businesses such as restaurants have started to test our all-in-one sales and logistics platform. What You'll Do

  • Manage day to day tasks related to social media management and digital marketing across various platforms such as Facebook, Google, Instagram, Nextdoor.
  • Complete business needs intake.
  • Run social media audit across platforms.
  • Create competitive landscape analysis.
  • Develop social media calendar and develop relevant content digital content topics.
  • Collate and develop assets (such as still and video content) to help tell the brand story and key messaging.
  • Able to make calls to local businesses to introduce Shoponomik’s platform offering and help in lead generation.
  • Act as a liason between Product and Cusomters (merchants, people placing on-line order).
  • Specify and maintain Key Performance Indicators and track them across different platformsThis is a remote/part-time (20-40 hrs) contract position with possibility in role expansion and becoming a direct hire as the company grows.

What You'll Need

  • Go getter and doer attitude, relentless in pursuit to achieve business goals.
  • Some prior experience in business operations, community or cusomter facing roles and faimiliarity with social media
  • A quick learner guided by data-driven approach to come up with creative solutions to sales and marketing challenges.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, and cross-functional skills to collaborate with Management and Product development teams.
  • Great Problem solving skills with ability to weigh in pros and cons, seek guidance and consult with peers/seniors.
  • A passion for building teams and producing results
  • An “owner” personality: You’re biased toward action, a great collaborator and master disambiguator/simplifier. You never stop pushing towards clarity and delivery.
